M. PHTY., B.HSc.
Sarah is a Physiotherapist with a strong passion for helping people move better, build confidence, and return to the activities they enjoy. She holds a Master of Physiotherapy from the University of Technology Sydney, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Science and Human Movement, with additional study in psychology. This background allows her to take a well-rounded, evidence-based approach that considers both the physical and behavioural aspects of recovery.
Sarah has a particular interest in musculoskeletal and orthopaedic rehabilitation, especially guiding patients from early-stage injury through to strength, performance, and return to sport or the gym. She believes movement is key to recovery and long-term health, often reinforcing the idea that “motion is lotion” throughout her treatment approach.
She is driven by helping people not only recover from injury, but come back stronger, more confident, and better equipped to manage long-term.
Outside the clinic, Sarah enjoys an active lifestyle including training for HYROX competitions, weightlifting, Pilates, and social sports such as Oztag and pickleball. She also has a passion for the outdoors, spending time bush walking or at the beach.
She lives by the belief: “Continuous improvement is better than delayed perfection” and “Believe you can and you're halfway there” - a reflection of her approach to rehabilitation and training, where small, consistent progress leads to long-term results.
