Joshua is a passionate and down-to-earth Physiotherapist with a strong foundation in Sport and Exercise science. Holding a Master of Physiotherapy and a Bachelor of Health Science (Sport and Exercise Science), he blends clinical expertise with a genuine love for helping people move and feel better.
Joshua is driven by the opportunity to empower individuals—shifting mindsets around injury, performance, and recovery to support long-term change.
With a background in basketball and a current love for weightlifting and pickleball, Joshua brings a performance-focused yet relatable approach to care. He understands the frustration of setbacks and finds great fulfillment in helping people return to what they love, stronger and more confident than before.
Outside the clinic, you’ll find him exploring national parks on his motorbike or relaxing with a good book by the beach or in the park.
He lives by the principle: “Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day; teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime”—a reflection of his belief in education, empowerment, and lasting results.
