Jason is a Physiotherapist and Exercise Specialist with over 21 years of experience helping individuals—from elite athletes to everyday movers—achieve their health, performance, and rehabilitation goals. With a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Human Movement from Charles Sturt University and a Master of Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney, Jason blends deep clinical knowledge with a passion for human performance. He has worked across a wide spectrum of clients, tailoring programs for post-surgical rehab, chronic conditions, and elite-level competition.
Jason’s own background as a national-level road cyclist and his love for mountaineering, rock climbing, and Olympic weightlifting give him a unique understanding of the physical and mental demands of high performance. He’s summited Mt Fuji, Mt Cook, and Haleakalā, and continues to chase new challenges outdoors.
He’s passionate about restoring mobility, freeing the body from restriction, and helping clients understand their movement patterns to achieve long-term, pain-free function.
His favourite exercises include the Turkish Get-Up and anything endurance-based—especially when followed by a good burger.
Jason lives by the words of Lou Holtz: “Ability is what you’re capable of doing. Motivation determines what you do. Attitude determines how well you do it.”
