Talia is a Physiotherapist with a Bachelor of Health Science from UTS and a Master of Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney. She is passionate about empowering people through movement and helping them regain confidence in their bodies throughout their rehabilitation journey. Talia has a special interest in treating neck and back pain, as well as supporting women’s health, using a holistic and personalised approach
As a qualified Reformer Pilates instructor, she integrates Pilates into her treatment plans to enhance strength, mobility, and overall wellbeing. Her philosophy is simple: “Health is not just the absence of pain, but the presence of movement and freedom.”
Outside the clinic, Talia teaches Reformer Pilates at Total.fit Waterloo and enjoys beach days, long walks, travel, and spending time with loved ones.
Her compassionate, movement-focused approach makes her a valued part of the E.S. team, supporting clients to move freely and feel their best.
